Clear Tag

Good morning!!  I've been seeing some really neat clear cards and tags on Pinterest, so I decided to give it a try myself. I made this clear gift tag using some packaging that I would normally have thrown away.  I ran the plastic through an embossing machine with a snow flake folder, added glitter on the edges, and stamped the sentiment with StazOn ink. I also added a glitter snow flake at the top.  The sweet little weenie dog is one of the new digital stamp from Some Odd Girl.  He is called Holiday Pup.

Here is a close up of the embossed snow flakes...

Make sure to check out the Some Odd Girl blog to see the new digi's that are in the shop today AND all of the wonderful projects the Design Team created with them.

All I want...

I have a fun new digital stamp to share with you today that is SUPER cute!!  He is Moose and he is new today from Some Odd Girl.   He would be perfect on a masculine card or for anyone that loves critters.
Here I have him all ready for the holidays as a "ChrisMoose", but he could be used for many different occasions.  If  your team mascot is a moose, you can color his scarf up in your team colors and make a really cute card for the coach or a player on the team.  If you want to see other ways that the design team used Moose (and see the other new digi "sweet deer"), just click on over the Some Odd Girl blog.

I used copics to color him.  The paper is from a Paper Studio holiday pack.  The glitters are from DoodleBug and Art Glitter.  The little red letters are Lily Bee Design and the "all I want is you: stamp is from Some Odd Girl.

Scrappy Page

It's been a while since I have done any scrapbooking, but I am getting beck to it. I am working on some challenges over at DisneyScrappers.  This one is for a "Just Cool It" challenge.  Since I am working on my water park pages, this challenge is perfect!

I used a lot of MME and Basic Grey here.  I also used a Susan Stringfellow's sketch - #74. The pictures were taken on a rainy day...ok, more like stormy day at Typhoon Lagoon (Walt Disney World).  Perfect for picture taking.

Thanks for stopping by.  Have a MAGICAL DAY!!

It's not too early to think about those Christmas gift tags and cards...especially if you hand make your own. If you are looking for some cute new Holiday images, you need to check out the Some Odd Girl blog and shop!  There's a lot of new Holiday goodies for you this week....digi stamps AND clear stamps.

So, you love your digi stamps....well, this one is for you then!  Meet Santa Helper Tobie.  He is new in the SOG shop today and he's ready to help you with your all of your Christmas crafts and projects.  Wouldn't he be cute for an "elf on the shelf" scrappy page?!?

Don't worry clear stamp loving friends, I am not going to leave you out! These two cute critters are from the new release I started showing you yesterday.  This is Partridge and HoliDeer.  They are small sets that come with a sentiment for the inside and outside of the card....we like to call them "innies and outies". :-)  Those sentiments are also perfect for dressing up your envelopes too.

Time for a new Challenge

It's August...I just can't believe it.  That means the end of summer for my kiddos and the beginning of a new school year.  Summer went by in a blink.

Ok, let's get our mind off of our soon to be gone summer and think about a fun new sketch challenge from Some Odd Girl

Here is the August sketch...

Here is my take on it.  I used the super cute digi stamp, Happy Tia.  I flipped the sketch and kind of centered the circle and ribbon tale.  You don't have to do the sketch EXACTLY as it is, make it your own and have fun with it!

I hope you will come join us for this month's challenge.  Who knows, you might even be our winner...so come on over and show us your take on the sketch!
